At Synergy Clinic we ensure that all complaints are dealt in a prompt, courteous and constructive manner as we feel that complaints allow the team an opportunity for self reflection in order to further improve our patient care.
If you do feel the need to complain about any services you have received please direct your initial complaint to the practice principal Mr Jaymish Patel in writing.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the result of our procedures then a further complaint can be made to the following bodies:
